Better Personal Life = Better Professional Life

Whether you're a "solopreneur," C-suite executive, or somewhere in between, MendingLines Professional Development helps you present yourself more authentically.

Authentic Professional Development

Everyone knows that good relationships improve our quality of life. But did you know that people with exceptional relationships earn more money, get promoted more often, face less burnout, and consistently receive better performance reviews?

MendingLines Professional Development bridges the gap between traditional therapy and executive coaching. Most high-performing professionals aren’t seeking a clinical diagnosis or intensive psychoanalysis, but executive coaching can be impersonal and uninspiring. MendingLines offers growth-minded professionals the tools to thrive in both life and leadership.

Ready to strengthen relationships, elevate leadership, and grow with purpose?

Let’s get to work.

Mending the line while fly fishing ensures that the fly drifts through the current in its most natural way. If you don’t mend your line, the fish won’t bite. They recognize a fake when they see it.

MendingLines helps you present yourself in the most authentic way possible.

What Members Say

Membership Levels

  • 10 Weight Rod: Big Fish. Big Waters.

When you’re on the hunt for big fish in big waters, you need a 10-weight rod to get the job done. A 10-weight rod isn’t for the small stuff. You’re angling for trophy catches on the river and at the office. A 10-Weight membership outfits you with:

    • Monthly process groups (“The Hatch”) with like-minded professionals. 2 hours.
    • Monthly 50-minute consultations with Andy.
    • Optional 3 day guided fly fishing trip. Dates & details provided to members.
  • 5 Weight Rod: The Go-To.

Every fly fisherman has a 5-weight rod. It’s standard equipment to cover virtually any type of river or stream. It can finesse an 8” rainbow or tackle an 18” brown. It’s your go-to rod. Stable. Steady. Proven. And that’s exactly who you are in the business world. A 5-Weight membership outfits you with:

    • Monthly process groups (“The Hatch”) with like-minded professionals. 2 hours.
    • Monthly 25-minute consultations with Andy.
    • Optional 3 day guided fly fishing trip. Dates & details provided to members.
  • 3 Weight Rod: The Minimalist.

You’re on an adventure. You travel light and trek into unexplored waters. All you need is a 3-weight rod. But you still need a map, compass, and some intel from those who’ve gone there before. After all, local knowledge of the landscape is your best bet for success. A 3-Weight membership outfits you with:

    • Monthly process groups (“The Hatch”) with like-minded professionals. 2 hours.
    • Optional 3 day guided fly fishing trip. Dates & details provided to members.
  • 1 Weight Rod: The Individualist.

You’re interested in a solo journey rather than a group experience. You’d prefer to meet individually, at a pace and with topics that seems just right for you. Perfect! In the fly fishing world, a 1-weight rod allows anglers to cast the fly with amazingly precise presentations. Whether you’d like to discuss marriage, relationships, goals, or just make sure you’re on the right track, we’ll create a plan just for you. A 1-Weight membership outfits you with:

    • Individual meetings in person, by phone, or via video.
    • Options for walking, hiking, or fly fishing meetings are also available.
  • Big Boat: Corporate Trainings.

Corporate Trainings require a bigger boat. MendingLines offers several options:

    • Personality Workshop for the Whole Team: Every team member of your organization will receive private access, with complete confidentiality, to the most scientifically validated personality profile in the world. Then, we’ll meet as a team to discuss personality differences, how to manage them, and how the team can achieve relationship success. 3-4 hours.
    • Leadership Development: We’ll examine several backcountry disasters and evaluate what went wrong, how the team broke down, and what could have been done differently. From here, we’ll help each participant discover their signature leadership style, streamline decision-making strategies, improve self-awareness, and learn how to not ignore their own “Check Engine” light. 3-4 hours.

The Hatch

When the hatch is on, the fish are biting. Each month, MendingLines members will gather for a two hour Hatch, with a different professional development topic each quarter.
